1. Mechanical Surface Profiling (CSP 2–3): The concrete must be ground to remove paint, old carpet adhesives, grease, and drywall mud to expose virgin porous concrete.

5. Rapid Curing: Modern commercial levelers can be walked on in 3 to 4 hours and are ready for floating vinyl or hardwood installation within 16 to 24 hours.
